Dr. Tosteson is a biostatistician, clinical outcomes research and decision-analyst with expertise in technology assessment, health-related quality of life measurement and cost-effectiveness evaluation. She has worked extensively in multidisciplinary settings for nearly twenty years, focusing on the economic evaluation of medical interventions and the measurement of preference-based health outcomes.
